We partner with an array of partners in the relocation and home management ecosystem, including but not limited to real estate agents and leading brokerages, lenders, title companies, property managers, moving companies, and our service providers themselves. We work with everyone that serves homeowners.
Costs & Pricing
How much does it cost to become a partner?
Joining our partner ecosystem is free! The cost to provide access to HouseAccount is free, but the cost of the gifts will vary by partner model.
Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees, and you can cancel or stop connecting your clients to HouseAccount at any time.
Who pays for the home services?
Your clients pay HouseAccount directly for the cost of the service they use through our platform. The cost and responsible party for covering any initial service gifts will vary.

We work with vetted, licensed, and insured service providers in your local market. All providers go through our rigorous screening process to ensure quality and reliability. Note internally, not all providers are bonded as rules vary by state.

Minimal. Once set up, you simply provide clients with access (via email, landing page, text message, phone call). We handle all service coordination, tracking, scheduling, and customer support.

We have over 10k trusted handymen and other service providers. Don’t see the service provider type you need in a specific market? Let us know by submitting a form here and we’ll work to add it.
What if my client has an issue with a service provider?
Our home concierge team handles all support and service provider issues. You’re never on the hook for service quality problems. We also offer a service guarantee of up to $2,000.
What if I want to use my own service provider?
